🔔 FREE 30-DAY RETURN – SPECIAL CONDITIONS

NewGarden S.a.s. di Prini Lorenzo & C. offers customers the possibility of a free return within 30 days from the date of receipt, exclusively under the conditions set out below. The 30-day free return is reserved for items purchased on this website only and applies exclusively in the event of a defective product.

Conditions and procedure

• The product must show a manufacturing or functional defect.
• The defect must be reported within 30 days of receipt to assistenza@newgardensas.it.
• The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original condition.
• The customer initially bears the return shipping costs using a trackable service.
• The product will be inspected by NewGarden S.a.s.’s technical workshop.
• Only if the defect is confirmed, the customer will be reimbursed for:
  • the return shipping costs;
  • the product value or, alternatively, a replacement (if available).

⚠️ If the defect is not confirmed, the return will not be considered free and return shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.

WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases made on this website are governed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999 on distance contracts. All products are covered by warranty.

• check that the number of parcels matches the delivery note;
• check that the packaging is intact upon delivery;
• report any damage or missing items immediately to the courier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt by contacting assistenza@newgardensas.it. Returned goods must be sent at the customer’s expense within 14 days, using a trackable shipping service. Refunds cover the value of the goods only and are issued within 5 days of receipt of the return.
