With the STIHL BTA 140 cordless drill

of the STIHL AP system

you can make holes in the ground up to 300

mm in diameter. It is the ideal solution for

professional applications in

gardening and greenery care,

in agriculture, forestry and construction.

It allows you to install poles in a

quick and efficient, digging holes for plants

and drainage wells or build foundations

small and medium sized. The sharp tips and the

spirals with cutting blades penetrate

effective even on stony terrain.

from maintenance, ensures proper functioning

smooth with reduced vibrations. Furthermore, thanks to its

the use of hearing protection.

 

The STIHL BTA 140 cordless drill is designed

for use by a single operator.

The excellent balance and the drilling axis close to the

body ensure ergonomic use,

comfortable and with less fatigue.

The drill has 3 working modes: slow, for operations

simple with reduced backlash;

fast, to tackle more challenging terrain;

and reverse, to easily release the tip in case of

locking. The selected mode can

be set directly from the handle

of command and is displayed on the integrated display.

 

The wide padded support, designed

to fit comfortably on the body,

allows you to guide the drill with precision and stability. In case of

locking during work, the STIHL system

QuickStop automatically detects rotation

sudden stop of the tool and immediately interrupts the

drilling. You just need to reactivate the device via

the handle to get back to work immediately.

Furthermore, thanks to the intelligent support for the

transport, you can store the drill

in a compact way, while protecting at the same time

the QuickStop system from impacts.

 

To get the best performance

with the STIHL BTA 140 cordless drill, STIHL

recommends using the STIHL AP 300.0 P battery.
